  • Valet & Car Parking
    In order to benefit from the Valet & Car Parking services, you only need one of the iGA Pass membership packages. See our membership packages for details. We will be delighted to welcome you with our technological infrastructures and service quality as the largest single storey parking lot under one roof. Parking, valet and car maintenance services will be provided to our guests at the Istanbul Airport parking lot in international airport standards.
  • Meet&Greet VIP
    We offer this special Meet&Greet service for the passengers who wish to use the General Aviation Terminal for their scheduled flights. Reservation related to the service must be arranged at least 2 weekdays before the flight. We cannot take reservation requests that have less than 2 weekdays left to the flight. We only operate the Meet&Greet service for the scheduled flights, either arriving or departing.     For arriving passengers;
    -Be welcomed and escorted to the General Aviation Terminal by a dedicated assistant with a VIP vehicle.
    -Luggage, passport, customs clearance, and if required, visa process completed with assistance by dedicated personnel.
    - Assisting passenger to the Terminal’s exit

    For departing passengers;
    -Be welcomed by a dedicated assistant at General Aviation Terminal's entrance.
    -Luggage, check-in, passport, customs clearance, and if required, transaction stamp process completed with assistance by dedicated personnel.
    -Before the flight, passengers can benefit catering service that served by General Aviation Terminal and use internet, TV and daily newspaper etc. 
    -Be escorted to their flight by a dedicated assistant with a VIP vehicle 30 minutes before their flight.

    For transfer passengers;
    -Be welcomed by a dedicated assistant from arriving plane and escorted to the General Aviation Terminal by a VIP vehicle.
    -Luggage, passport, customs clearance, and if required, visa process completed with assistance by dedicated personnel.
    -Before the transfer flight, passengers can benefit catering service that served by General Aviation Terminal and use internet, TV and daily newspaper etc.

    *Pricing Details
    -Departing Passengers: If passenger arrives with a private jet and transfer to a scheduled flight, reservations are taken for the scheduled flight side of the operation with a cost of €500+VAT per person.
    -Arriving Passengers: If passenger arrives with a scheduled flight and transfer to a private jet, reservations are taken for the scheduled flight side of the operation with a cost of €500+VAT per person.
    -Transfer Passengers: If passenger arrives with a scheduled flight and transfer to another scheduled flight, reservations are taken for both sides of the operation with a cost of €1000+VAT per person.
    -Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours left to the flight. Not able to make refunds for cancellation requests if reservation taken within 24 hours of the flight.
    -The service is free of charge for passengers between ages 0-6, and for the passengers between ages 7-12 we offer a 50% discounted price.

  • İGA Buggy
    Don’t get panic on how to catch the plane, we got you! Save time with our Buggy Shuttle service. Serving at the international and domestic departure floor, Buggy Shuttle is a ring service with 5 and 3 people capacity vehicles carrying passengers from buggy stops to their gates. You can visit buggy stops pinned at the Istanbul Airport map in order to use the service. Easiest way to benefit from this service is buying the shuttle ticket through the web site or mobile application. Then you can get on the shuttle by scanning your QR code at buggy stops.

    There are 3 different buggy stops on international departure flights. They are separated as; Northern, Eastern, and Western stops. There is a separate line located on the domestic departure line which has a designated stop in itself. The Buggy shuttle service can be purchased on its own as offered under iGA Pass packages. To take advantage of the service, you can visit Buggy stops which you can find by checking the map on Istanbul Airport application. (Searching as Buggy on the map will suffice.) 

    • Western Buggy Stop is designated to A, B, C, E, and F international gates. 

    • Northern Buggy Stop is designated to D international gate. 

    • Eastern Buggy Stop is designated to A, B, C, E ve F international gates. 

    • Domestic Buggy Stop is designated to domestic flight gates. 

    You can check your gate from your boarding pass for the corresponding buggy stop

  • IGA Meetıng Lounge
    With IGA Meeting Lounge, we strive to elevate the experience of visiting Istanbul Airport by preventing the mess that occurs during greeting of your guests on international arrival floor. We are planning to make the process of “bringing the greeter and the guest together” and “escorting your guest to their transfer vehicle” easier with our Meeting Lounge service. If you would like your guests to access these privileges; you can purchase and make reservations for our Meeting Lounge service from our website, igapass.com, or our mobile application Istanbul Airport.

    You are required to purchase enough credits corresponding to the type of service you would like to use.

    You are required to make a reservation depending on the type of service you would like to use. Appropriate amount of credit will be deducted from your account after your reservation.

    Meeting Lounge Services;

    Bringing the guest and the greeter together

    After greeting you in our Meeting Lounge, we help the guests meet the person who is there to greet them.

    Escorting the guest to the transfer vehicle

    After greeting you in our Meeting Lounge, we will escort you to your vehicle.

    How can you use the service?

    Bringing the guest and the greeter together

    • Your greeter is required to make an application from our Meeting Lounge reception. Your greeter will be provided with a buzzer to inform you when your guest gets to the Meeting Lounge.
    • Your guests will only need to check-in to our Meeting Lounge reception after they pass through the passport check and luggage carousel.
    • When your guest gets to the Meeting Lounge, your buzzer will be activated and inform you about the arrival of your guest.
    • You are required to hand in your buzzer to meet with your guest.

    Escorting the guest to the transfer vehicle

    • Your guests will only need to check-in to our Meeting Lounge reception after they pass through the passport check and luggage carousel.
    • Our assistant will meet your guest at Meeting Lounge Reception, and escort them to their transfer vehicle.

    Stated prices are for one operation.

    Bringing your greeter and your guest together: While every operation costs 1 credit, we can provide the service to 4 guests at most with 1 credit. This service’s guest limit is up to 20.

    Escorting the guest to the transfer vehicle: While every operation costs x credit, we can provide the service to 4 guests at most with x credit. This service’s guest limit is up to 20.(Since using this service for 20 guests equals to 5 operations, 20 credits will be deducted from your account. Deducted credits are calculated by 20/4*4=20 credits)

    Updating Your Reservation

    You can revise number of your guests, and change your guest or greeter details regardless of the flight time.

    While you cannot revise your reservation within 6 hours of, we will have to deduct from your credits anyway. If you would like to make an addition to the number of guests, a new reservation can be made.

    Cancellation of the Reservation

    You can cancel your reservation 6 hours before your guest’s flight lands.

    If the reservation is cancelled within 6 hours of the flight, credits for the related reservation will be deducted anyway. However, if cancellation request was made before up to 6 hours of the flight, you will not be charged for the reservation.
